A medical concern
Helvy provides wellness information, not medical diagnoses, and we cannot give clinical advice by email. If a result worries you or you feel unwell, your GP is the right next step. For anything urgent, contact NHS 111 or, in an emergency, call 999.

To access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to ask how we handle it, email team@helvy.co.uk and we will respond in line with UK GDPR. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.

Returns and cancellations
Your right to cancel and how returns work are set out in our terms of service. Once a kit's hygiene seal is broken it cannot be returned, for health reasons.
