How it works
No GP appointment. No clinic visit. A quick finger-prick at home, and your results arrive — reviewed by a doctor, explained in plain English.
Choose the blood test panel that matches your goals. Your kit arrives within 1-2 working days — everything you need is in the box.
A simple finger-prick that takes about two minutes. Spring-loaded lancets — quick, virtually painless. Best done first thing in the morning, fasted.
Drop your sample in the prepaid Royal Mail envelope. It goes straight to a UKAS-accredited laboratory — the same labs your GP uses.
Your results are reviewed by a GMC-registered doctor and delivered within five working days. Every marker explained — with personalised recommendations.
What arrives
Your kit is designed for a clean, two-minute process. No clinic visits, no awkward appointments. The same collection method used by NHS outpatient services — adapted for home.
Two single-use devices with a hair-trigger. Quick, virtually painless — most people say it's less than a paper cut.
A micro-tube calibrated to collect the exact volume needed for 50+ biomarker analysis. Fill line clearly marked.
Medical-grade prep wipes plus a small plaster. Everything sterile, individually sealed.
Royal Mail Tracked 24. Drop it in any postbox — no stamps, no queues. The lab receives it next day.
Clear illustrated instructions with timing tips. First-time testers report completion in under three minutes.
UN3373-compliant packaging. Your sample travels safely and within all UK postal regulations.
Before you test
A few small things make a genuine difference to your results. Follow these and your lab analysis will be as accurate as a clinical venous draw.
Fast for 8–12 hours before testing
Fasting stabilises glucose, triglycerides, and insulin — giving you a true baseline rather than a snapshot of your last meal.
Test first thing in the morning
Hormones peak between 7–10am. Testing later gives artificially low testosterone and cortisol readings.
Stay well hydrated the evening before
Dehydration concentrates your blood and makes the finger-prick harder. Two large glasses of water the night before is enough.
Warm your hands for 2 minutes before pricking
Run warm water over your fingers or hold a mug. Warm blood flows faster — you'll fill the tube in under a minute.
Post your sample the same day
Biomarker stability degrades over 48 hours. Same-day posting means the lab processes your sample at peak quality.
Your results
Every biomarker rated against the optimal ranges longevity researchers use — not just the disease thresholds your GP checks.
You see what is thriving, what is borderline, and what needs attention. Plus personalised supplement recommendations backed by your data.

“Most of us are running on a tank that's never been properly calibrated. A blood test changes that.”
