Reviews Policy

1. Where reviews stand today
We do not currently publish customer reviews, star ratings, or testimonials on this website or in our app, and we do not yet collect them. This page sets the rules in advance, so that when reviews appear you can check what we show against what we promised.
2. What we will publish
Only reviews from genuine, verified Helvy customers, meaning people we can match to a real order. They will be published whether they are positive or negative.
3. What we will not do
- Pay for reviews, or offer incentives in exchange for them. If that ever changes, incentivised reviews will be clearly labelled as such.
- Suppress, bury, or cherry-pick to hide negative reviews.
- Edit what a reviewer said, beyond the removals described below.
- Publish reviews written by us, our staff, or anyone else who is not a genuine customer.
4. When a review may be removed
A review will only be refused or taken down if it contains someone else's personal data, is unlawful, abusive, or spam, or turns out not to be from a genuine customer. Being critical of us is not grounds for removal.
